1. Wet your skin, Start by rinsing your body with warm water. This helps to open your pores and makes it easier to remove dirt and oil.
2. Wet the soap bar, Hold the soap bar under the water for a few seconds to get it wet. This will help it lather up more easily.
3. Rub the soap bar between your hands to create a lather. You can also rub the soap directly onto a washcloth, loofah, or sponge if you prefer.
4. Use your hands or a washcloth to apply the lather to your body. Start from the top and work your way down, ensuring you cover all areas.
5. Gently scrub your skin to remove dirt, oil, and dead skin cells. Be sure to pay extra attention to areas that tend to get sweatier or dirtier, like your underarms, feet, and back.
6. Thoroughly rinse your body with warm water to remove all the soap lather. Make sure no soap residue is left on your skin.
7. Use Daily, once or twice
